Installing and opening the app
Install OptiRank AI from the Shopify App Store. After installing, open it any time from your Shopify admin under Apps → OptiRank AI.
Reviewing and publishing changes
AI suggestions are saved as drafts. Review and edit them, then publish only what you approve. Published changes update your Shopify product directly.
Original images and rolling back
Your original images are preserved when you edit an image, so you can compare versions or restore the original. Please check every AI image for accuracy before publishing.
Credits
Your plan includes monthly credits that reset each billing period. You'll see the credit estimate before any operation runs, and credits for failed operations are refunded automatically.
Plans and billing
Billing is handled securely by Shopify. You can view current plans on the Shopify App Store and change your plan from within the app.
Data and privacy
OptiRank AI only accesses store and product data, never customer or order data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is processed and deleted.
Uninstalling
You can uninstall from your Shopify admin at any time. Your OptiRank AI data is deleted about 48 hours after uninstalling; changes you already published stay in your store.
